He was predeceased by: his parents, Feliciano Garcia and Gregoria Garcia; his brother Tomas Garcia; and his son Jose of Jesus Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Martina Garcia; his children, Anna Martin (Justin Martin), Veronica Garcia, Rosalba Whitt (Dennis Whitt) and Orlando Garcia; and his sister Maria Garcia of Tovar. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brother and sisters-in-law.
