He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vaughn and Samantha Marie Tow (Baker); his son Brian Dewayne Tow; and his brothers, Dewayne Marvin Tow and Robert Tow.
He is survived by: his wife Jamie Berry; his children, Daniel Tow (Misty) of Sedalia, MO, David Tow of Sedalia, Eric Tow of Duncan, Shawn Tow (Jennifer) of Duncan and Becky Boyle (Timothy) of Medicine Park; and his siblings, Donald Lynn Tow of Las Vegas, Billly William Tow (Tammy) of Texas and Helen Asaro of Lancaster, CA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
