She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy F. Smith and Iva Nell Smith (Pemberton); and her brother Mike Smith. She is survived by: her husband Steve Alan McFarland; her daughter Lori (Luke Schoonover) of Duncan; her grandson Max Schoonover; her brother Marty Smith; her niece Mary Smith; and her great-niece Quenn Estes.

Memorial contributions can be made in Lisa's name to the building fund at Freedom Biker Church.
