He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Hernandez and Maria Santos Reyes Hernandez; and his siblings, Juanito Hernandez, Juan José Reyes and Rosa Reyes.
He is survived by: his children, Connie (Robert Leanos), Ana Maria (Cecilio Garcia), Maribel (Antero Martinez), Marisol (Miguel Almeida) and Estela (Andres Roldan); and his siblings, Francisco Reyes, Pedro Reyes, Martin Reyes, Marcela, Ken Garland, Gloria, Armando Nolasco, Josie Reyes and Petra Reyes. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
