She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Burks and Lillie Burks; and her siblings, Irene Wagaman and Ray Burks. She is survived by: her husband Travis Payne; and her daughters, Renee', Renee Willhite and Rhonda Willhite. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
