He is survived by: his wife Laura Franklin of Duncan; his mother Peggy Franklin of Duncan; his sons, Cody Franklin of Duncan and Micah Franklin (Ashley) of Duncan; his sisters, Regina Carney (Billy) of Duncan and Janetta Hall of Duncan; and his grandchildren, Caleb Franklin and Makiah Franklin.
