She was predeceased by: her mother Jo Ann Allen (Swanson). She is survived by: her father Jesse Allen (Chris Lowery) of Tuttle; her spouse Chris Lowery; her sons, Joe Franks Jr. (Michelle) of Duncan, Patrick Franks (Christina) of Burkburnett and Roy Franks of Duncan; and her siblings, Richard Klitz, Jeffery Allen of Tuttle, Keith, David, Kirk Whitener and Kayla Elloso Campbell. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
