She is survived by: her husband Alton Phelps; her son Mike (Pam); her grandchildren, Jennifer Klinkhammer (Scott), Elijah Phelps and Bodacia Phelps; her great grandchild Gary Black; and her siblings, Jack Tow (Betty Sue), Phillip Tow (Gaynell) and Gwen Cox. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchild.
