She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Peck; her parents, Monroe Perry Forgy and Nancy Delphia Kauerauf (Duncan); her stepfather Adolph Kauerauf; and her siblings, Lannie Forgy, Viola Miller and Lucy O'Dell.
She is survived by: her children, Perry, Rick Peck of Broken Arrow, Jennifer Williams of Duncan, Jami Rowell of Duncan, Jill Matheny of Duncan and Emily Bollig of Duncan. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
