He is survived by: his parents, Florine Moores (Tommy McGarr) and Robert Michael Duke, Sr. of Duncan, Oklahoma.; his siblings, Rick Duke (Paula), Amy Kaspereit (Matthew) and Roy Duke; and his siblings' children, Ashley, JD Rogers, Jax, Haley, Alex Vanderburg, Peanut and Ruff Duke. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones and friends.
