He is survived by: his wife Debra Gayle Collier; his daughters, Tara Leann Aparicio and Rebecca "Becca" Lyn Bradford of Duncan; his grandchildren, Amaia Aparicio and Ethan Lynn; and his stepson Jason Thomas of Duncan.
