She is survived by: her husband Darrell Meadows; her children, Shawn Dean Meadows of Duncan, Trevor Dakota Meadows of Katy and Trinity Dawn Meadows of Duncan; and her siblings, Teddy Castell of Duncan, Scotty Casteel of Duncan, Brenda Casteel of Duncan and Velda Casteel of Shawnee, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
