He is survived by: his wife Doris June Harrel; his children, Lysle (Lisa Mooney) of Bella Vista, AR, Rhetta (Terry Russell) of Duncan and Otis Eugene (Jodi) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Melissa Mooney, Kristen (Terrill Standifer), Caleb Mooney and Kenzee Russell; his great grandchildren, Maisey Mooney, Aiden Mooney, Ruby Standifer and Noah Standifer; and his sister Pat (Bobby Lynn).
