He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Hattie Weyrick (Wilcox); his son Bill Weyrick; his brothers, R. C. Weyrick and Cotton Weyrick; his daughter Leslie Laray Weyrick; and his sisters, Daisye Stewart, Elsie Brooks, Anna Mae Largent, Mary Davis and Dorothy Wiseley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Loyd; his son Jake Weyrick (Kalera) of Taloga; his grandchildren, Zora Monroe Weyrick and Daz Wayne Weyrick; and his sisters, Jean Funk (Harry) of Rush Springs and Arnetta Pritchard of Carnegie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
