He is survived by: his children, Donna Sue Foley of Newalla, Vickie Morgan of Oklahoma City and James Ray Embree of Duncan; his grandson Dustin Eugene Foley; and his great grandchildren, Kialee R. Foley, Timothy E. Foley and Nikalah Beard.
