He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Howe and Alma Howe (Bates); and his siblings, John, George, Carl Howe, Oda Mae Cobb and Lou Endom.
He is survived by : his wife Gracie (Capehart); his children, Paul Howe (Patricia) of Durant, OK and Carol Dill (Kevin) of Madill, OK; and his sisters, Helen Stuff of Denison, TX and Susie Strong of Sulphur Springs, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
