He is survived by : his wife Kathy Holmes of Durant, Oklahoma.; his daughters, Amanda (David Coffey), Shonda (Matt Miller) and Andrea (Robert Shannon); and his grandchildren, Abigail, David, Jacee Coffey, Hunter, Elizabeth Miller, Silas, Hannah and Jonah Shannon.
