He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Barker and Maude Bigby Barker; his former wife Kathryn Stone (Fritz); his stepmother Thelma Barker; his sisters, Roxie Robbins and Kathryn Baker Caldwell; his stepsister Betty Jarrett; and his brothers-in-law, Glenn Robbins, Dr. George Baker, Ed Caldwell and Pat Jarrett.
He is survived by: his wife Mecy Kate Andrews of Tulsa; his children, Doug (Kellie Butcher Barker) of Durant and Kim of Dallas, TX; his brother-in-law Tom Andrews (Mary Kay) of Norman, OK; and his grandchildren, Weston and Miranda of Washington, DC.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the First Christian Church of Durant.
