He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Inez (Dean) and Loyd Dee Collins; his daughter Jeanne Kay Collins; his sisters, Carol Sheets and Linda Barron; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Sheets, Orval White, Cecil White, Florene Van Hauter and LaRue Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Rena Beth Collins (White); his son Joey Collins (Danna) of Coleman, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Cole Collins of Coleman and Allison Collins of Coleman, Oklahoma; his brothers, Jim Collins and Doug Collins (Sheila); and his siblings-in-law, Rex Barron, Lewis White, Ann Isenberg and Debra Shockey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, as well as other extended family.
