She was predeceased by: her parents, Tim Dooley and Delsie Dooley (Bennett); her husband David Arthur Noltkamper; and her sisters, Patty Dooley, Linda Thomas, Jenell Crews Doley, Lesa Dooley King and Joanna Dooley Sipes.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Nutall Noltkamper, Sandra Lynn Noltkamper and Daniel Blane Noltkamper (Jodi); and her siblings, Charles Dooley (Mary), Ronda Bauck (Warren), Wonell Gatlin (Cloyce), Tammy Olendorf (Terry), Tonya Ingram (Roy) and Richard Dooley (Michelle). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
