He is survived by : his siblings, Ruby Elliott, Dorothy Slack, Floyd Middlebrooks and Jesse Middlebrooks; his children, Kim Middlebrooks of Oregon, James Middlebrooks of Eagletown and Tony Middlebrooks of Eagletown; his sister Lorene Pennington of DeQueen; and his sister-in-law Gloria Middlebrooks of Oregon.
