She is survived by : her former life partner George Dennis Guffey Jr.; her daughter-in-law Linda Guffey of Conway, AR; her grandsons, Andy Guffey of Conway, AR and Anthony Guffey (Jennifer) of Plano, TX; her great grandchildren, Bryson and Austin; and her siblings, Jim Reed (Nancy) of Columbus, OH and Carol Ann Puchovich (Mike) of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
