With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Ann Stanford of Edmond, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 4, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Rachelle Stephens; her brother Harvey Leon Morton (Kenneth Ray Stanford); and her son Kenneth Ray Stanford Jr.. She is survived by: her brothers, Fred Stephens of Oklahoma City and Kelly Stephens of Plano, TX; her children, Brenda Elder (Rick) of Edmond, Betty Ponder (Danny) of Norman, Roxanne Walker (Rustin) of Tuttle and Charlie Stanford (Shelly) of Norman; and her grandchildren, Ricky Elder Jr., Bobby Stanford (Nikki), Stephanie Gibson (Chris), Tara Chervenak (Zachary), Braden Walker, Blake Walker, Darrin Stanford, Lauren McDaniel, Brandon McDaniel and Lisa Dougan. She is also survived by Nine great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
