He was predeceased by: his mother Shirlene Cutter; and his wife Janie Cutter. He is survived by: his son Cody Cutter of Edmond, OK; his father Richard Cutter (Sharon) of Edmond; and his sister Debbie Holloway (Rex) of Texas.
