He was predeceased by: his brothers, Marvin, Melvin, Bobbie and Johnnie; and his son Jeffrey Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Bette Jo Turner; his daughter Tamara Surber (Bud) of Edmond; his granddaughter Jessica Daniel; his great grandchildren, Mercedes, Dominick and Isabella of Altamonte Springs, Florida; and his sisters, Dorothy Hasler of Guthrie and Mary Ann Kulick of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by MANY nieces and nephews.
