She is survived by: her sister Beverly Kay (Larry Whitener) of Edmond; her daughters, Kristin Jean (John Geddes) of Edmond, Amy Michelle (David Martin) of Arcadia and Leesa Nicole (Rodney Facemyer Jr.) of Orange City; her husband Evans Lee Lavender; her stepson Chad Lavender (Jennifer) of Edmond; and her sibling's children, Rachel (Chance Wilson) of Edmond, Curtis Whitener of Edmond and Ashley (Austin Shrader) of Edmond.
