He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard O'Hara and Mabel O'Hara; his daughter Deanna O'Hara Williams; his sister Velva Koebelen; and his grandson Kane Benjamin O'Hara.
He is survived by: his wife Florence O'Hara; his sons, Loren O'Hara of El Reno and Bert O'Hara (Laura) of El Reno; his son-in-law Kenneth Williams of Duncan; his brother Forrest O'Hara (Loretta) of Tuttle; his grandchildren, Forrest Moore (Pam), McCall White (Johnnie), Kaila Williams, Lane Williams, Mary O'Hara and Grady O'Hara; his great grandchildren, Peyton Moore, Malania White and Remington Moore; his sister-in-law Kathleen Lucus (Dwight) of Clinton; and also Vicki Peck.
