It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annabelle Lee Williams of Elgin, Oklahoma, born in Oxford, Kansas, who passed away on July 27, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Orval Roberts and Bertha Roberts; her siblings, Emma, Orval Jr. and Carolyn; her husband Truman Williams; her children, Richard Williams (Beverly), Tommie Williams (Dorinda), Patricia Burcham (Myron), Betty Norris (Roy), Bonnie Steele (Bobby) and Tomi Sue Decker (Ken); and her sister-in-law Marge Roberts. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
