We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2025, at the age of 65, Charles Vernon Watkins (Elk City, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Inez Watkins; his mother Lucy Watkins Edmondson; his brother Clemmie Branch; and his granddaughters, Ko're'ona Winston and Joyis Jones.
He is survived by: his son Ko're Winston; his grandchildren, Gracie, Ko're Jr., Kira, Ki're, Josh, Faith and Kobe; his daughter Kimiko Eugene; his grandchildren, Nykaia, Lyana and Nichoa; his daughter Chloe Allen; and his grandson Ja'Kylan. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
