He was predeceased by : his parents, John Patrick Kirk and Katherine Marie Kirk (Schones); his wife Jessie Fern Kirk (Price); his siblings, Martin Kirk, LeRoy Kirk, Kenneth Kirk, Marcella Browning and Letha Payne; his sons, C. A. Price, Terry Price and Jerry Price; and his grandsons, Joey Price and Bruce Price.
He is survived by : his son Bill Price (Suzy) of Houston Texas; his son-in-law Roy Varnell Sr. of Sayre, Oklahoma; his daughter Lilly Fern Varnell of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Susan, Terry, Michael, Tracy, Lori, Lisa, Byron, Jennifer, Kimberly, James, Roy and Clifford.
