He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lawrence Lind and Reba Mabel Lind (Hollahan). He is survived by: his wife Connie Lind of Elk City, Oklahoma; his children, Daniel Galvin Jr. (Della) of Wichita, Kanas, Lester Paul (Tammy) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Anna Marie Etchison (Terry) of Greentown, Indiana; and his siblings, Joe Lind of Elk City, Oklahoma, Dorothy Jackson of Ocala, Katy Richardson of Hurst and Mary Tinsley of Lake Havasu, Arizona. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
