He is survived by: his mother Naomi; his wife Jean Burkacki; his children, Douglas Ray, John Dallas, Nick Dewayne, Eugene Anthony, Michelle and Margo; his siblings, Jerome, Johnny, Don, Chaz, Ken, Gary, Rick, Kathy, Susan, Reiko, Sharon, Mary, Linda and Lisa; his grandchildren, Lee, Adam, Tyler, Chandler, Anthony, Brandon, Dane, Kasi, Shelby, Ausha, Amber and Clara; his great grandchildren, Tyson, Hayden, Tatum, Silas, Derril, Jay, Ryan, Atticus, Madison, Jordan, Mayleigh, Jaidan and Gracelynn; and his daughter Jennifer Jean. He is also survived by many nephews, cousins and nieces.
