She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Richard Neece; her parents, Roy W. Shirley and Lucile Lucy Shirley (McAlister); her grandson Jamie Welch; her brother Wayne Shirey; her son-in-law Bruce Welch; her sister-in-law Shirley Griffee; her niece Sharon Thacker; and also, Danny and Bill Reece.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Welch of Willow, Oklahoma and Bobby Neece (Lisa) of Elk City, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jason Welch (Lillie) of Sayre, Shelly Smith (John) of Willow, Nolan Neece of Elk City and Nathan Neece of Midland, Texas; her great grandchildren, Savanna Smith of Willow, Jessica Smith of Willow, Scarlett Smith of Willow, Breanna Welch of Blair, Matthew Welch of Sayre and Rosilynn Neece of Elk City, Oklahoma; and her sibling's children, Lori Wells (Rowdy) of Elk City, Karen Cook (Morris) of Fairbanks, Mel Reese of Elk City, Oklahoma, Donnie Shirey (Barbara) of Elk City and Kennie Shirey (Cathy) of Elk City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
