We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2022, at the age of 89, Richard Horace Carr of Elk City, Oklahoma, born in Canute, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Horace L. Carr and Gladys Carr (Richardson); and his sisters, Carolyn Speer and Linda Paxson. He is survived by : his sons, Brien Carr of Bandera, Texas and Bradley Carr of San Antonio, Texas; and his grandchildren, Heather Busanet of Michigan, Holly Navsira, Tyler Carr and Justin Hardy of Georgia.
