With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Stafford of Elk City, Oklahoma, born in Blackwell, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 13, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon Stafford and Barbara Fern Stafford (Davis); and his stepdaughter Tammie Baty. He is survived by : his significant other Carman Joy Miller of Elk City, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Paula Fielder of Midland and Mandie Streater of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Heath Wright, Brandon Miller, Heather Dobbins, Kristina Blake, Michael Wright, Taylor Streater, Tanner Streater, Kaitlyn Strand and Hope Streater; and his sisters, Leahanna Kirk of Shipley Falls, Rhonda Kay Lovall of Blackwell and Lisa Stafford of California. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
