She was predeceased by: her children, Richard Mack and Jeannette Levell; her granddaughter Jessica Mack; and her brothers, Estell Simmons and Loren Simmons.
She is survived by: her spouse Robert G. Mack; her children, Beverly Annis (Bill) of Stillwater, Pat Davis of Oklahoma City, Shirley Lynes (Kevin) of Yukon, Ted Mack of Bison, Eddie Mack of Enid, Teresa Reid (Bo) of Enid and Freddie Mack of Enid; and her sisters, Vera Boham of Alva and Barbara Wagner of Shawnee, KS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
