He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Wheeler and Shirley Wheeler (Hart); and his sister Teresa Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Ann Walker; his children, Brandon Horne of Burns Flat, OK and Katherine Horne of Burns Flat, OK.; his brother Melvin; his sister-in-law Chris Horne of Taloga, OK; and his sister Sarah Peters of Seiling, OK.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
