She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Fouts and Robbie Fouts (Morgan); her husband Buddy Row; her stepson Jeff Row; and her daughter-in-law Brynda Row.
She is survived by: her son Patrick May (Lane May) of Grand Bay, Alabama; her stepsons, Brad and Adam Row; her grandchildren, Wyatt May, Hunter Row, Brandon Row, Alexis Shaw, Haley Hashman and Lindsey Ogden; her great grandchild Lily Ogden; and her sister Margaret (Dave Jones) of Enid.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ladusau Evans Funeral Home (2800 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK 73703). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Enid Free Methodist Church (1114 Hite Blvd, Enid, OK 73703). She worked for Greenbrier Nursing Home in Social Services and later at Billings Fairchild Center as Director of Psycho-social services for 5 years, planner at NODA Agency on Aging, Housing Director at CDSA, and outreach director for RSVP for twenty-five years.
Memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital, A Path of Care Hospice, or Enid Free Methodist Church, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodian of the funds.
