He was predeceased by: his wife Joy; and his siblings, Bertha Loesch, Della Palmer, Hilda Roggow, Minnie Wilgus, Herman Roggow, Bernhard Roggow, Erwin Roggow and Wallace Roggow.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Pflughaupt (Kelby) of Seward, NE and Ricky Roggow of Breckinridge, OK; his grandchildren, Reed Pflughaupt, Joceline Andrade, Renee Pflughaupt and Ryan Pflughaupt; and his sibling Bernice McCanless of Enid. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
