He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Madison and Hazel Catherine Gawf (Woods); his brothers, Samuel Madison Gawf, Jr., Curtis Gawf and William Charles Gawf; his sister-in-law Florence Gawf; his niece Karen Gawf; his nephew William Gawf; and his great-niece Kaitlyn Singleton.
He is survived by: his brother Pat Gawf of Onapa; and his sisters-in-law, Wilma of Eufaula and Sherlyn of Eufaula. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
