He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Owen Tillman Sr. and Josephine Goode Tillman; his grandparents, Hall Emerson Goode Sr. and Osage Allotees; his wife Cordelia Tillman (Mahan); his sons, Chuck and Jody; his sisters, Nancy Keil and Lila Sue Warrior; his sons, Charles Tillman III (Manon) and Joseph Tillman (Cindy); his grandchildren, Chanlie Tillman, Joseph Tillman and Cordelia Tillman; his great grandchild Mattie Parker; his grandmother Maggie Goode (Bates); his brother Rodney Tillman; and his son Michael Tillman.

The family suggests donations be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 333 S. 8th St., Fairfax Oklahoma.
