He was predeceased by : his parents, James Dallas Goad and Irena M. Fields Goad; his son James "Pete" Goad; and his siblings, Lennie Homan (Neal), Eunice Dillard (Austin), Dolly Weaver (Aaron) and Gene Goad (Beulah).
He is survived by : his wife Patsy Brooks; his daughter Rhonda Kannady of Broken Arrow; his daughter-in-law Shelly Goad of Stroud; his grandchildren, Derek Smith of Tulsa, Jana Smith of Broken Arrow, Dustin Goad (Paige) of Stillwater and Mikayla Frech (Matt) of Edmond; and his sisters, Carolyn Bookout (Wendell) of Drumright, Joyce Jones (Tom) of Bartlesville and Jan Payne of Skiatook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
