D., Ed Stephens (Christy) of Orlando, Fla., Donnie Stephens (Brenda) of Ogallala, Neb., Miela Stephens-Dixon, Okla and April Kelly (Todd); his grandchildren, Lauren (Ben), Kaitlin, Mykalob, Taytum, Luke, Gracie, Trista, Gunnar, Logan, Colton, Bobby and Lincoln; and his sister Carol Jean Slater of Ozark.
