He is survived by : his children, Duane Goins of Oklahoma City, Nancy Phariss of Miami, Hope Staubitz of Evansville and Billy Bostater of Siloam Springs; his grandchildren, Cameron Bostater, Britney Bostater, Seth Bostater, Leevi Bostater, Auhnesti Bostater, Coraline Phariss and Reid Staubitz; his former life partner Judy Goins; and also Mila Duffield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and best friends.
