She is survived by : her husband Billy James Blaylock August; her children, Jim Blaylock (Diana) of Fairland, OK and Billie Blizzard (Roy) of Fairland, OK; and her sister Grace Smith of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
