She was predeceased by : her siblings, Virgie Spears, Tressie Shaver and Olen Divine. She is survived by : her husband Sonny Chase; her children, Tom Smith (Kathy) of Miami, OK, Larry Wilson of Miami, OK, Kenneth Chase (Kimberly) of Fairland, OK and Michelle Morris (Patrick) of Fairland, OK; her sisters, Elizabeth Ballard of Goodman, MO and Betty Qualls (Elk) of Anderson, MO; and her grandchildren, Johnna Smith, Emily Morris, Karly Chase, Kasey Chase, Jacob Morris, Bethany Hart, Dustin Witten and Rachel Rider. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and her great nieces and nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews.
