She is survived by: her husband Wayne Forbes; her sons, David Forbes of Woodward and Keary Forbes of Oklahoma City; her granddaughters, Bella Forbes and Leona Rose; her stepgrandchildren, Patrick, Dawson, Braden Maggard, Pam Chadwick and Linda Binkley; and her daughter-in-law Suellen Maggard. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
