He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carol and Margaret Bessie Wade (Bendel); his grandparents, Stephen and Bessie; and his brothers, Jeff and James.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Carlyle; his children, Linda, Chrys (Stacie), Bradley (Amy), Brian (Jessica) and Lorie (Tim); his grandchildren, April, Amber, Elias, Samantha, Ashley, Brittney, Nicole, Austin, Jaxon, Jasmine, Autumn, Jaylen and Peyton; and his brothers, Stephen, Bruce and Ronnie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the WOOF Pet Rescue with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
