He is survived by: his wife Angela; his sons, Curtis Walker (Lindsey) of Pickett and James Richard, Jr. (Kim) of Ponder, TX; his brother David Richard of Ada; his grandchildren, Maddie, Jolie, Lilly, Caylee, Karen, Jamie and Aubree; and his niece Laticia Brown of Sulphur.
