He is survived by : his sisters, Mary Jane Hogard of Fletcher, OK, Loretta Ann Brewer (David) of Estes Park, CO and Linda "Sue" Cook (Danny) of Wichita Falls, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Kirk Glasby (Laura), Keith Glasby (Melody), Mark Hogard (Kathy), Scott Hogard (Donna), Darren Osborne (Sandy), Toby Osborne (Mandy), Larry Cook (Jill), Lori Maloy (Robbie) and Cissy Haddox (Richard).
